Kings World Podcast - Ep 1.26

Tonight Marie was delayed by traffic and subsequently absent from the podcast, but Sherry of Scarlett Ice was gracious enough to be a guest this week. She comes on the show in a very timely manner seeing as how Craig Hartsburg was let go as of Monday morning from the Ottawa Senators. A very unfortunate event for her team, but she is on the show and sounding not completely cheerful but not ready to throw her team under the bus... I think. The Kings are their usual selves and hopefully on the upswing. They head into this week going up against 3 eastern conference teams. Please listen and enjoy!

"I'm Not A Puck Bunny" Podcast - Episode 20

This week I am joined by Sherry from Scarlett Ice and we had a full agenda to discuss. Sherry first lets us know whats going on with the Ottawa Senators and then I go into the Kings. We then talk about the NHL Entry Draft from this past weekend. She and I end that discussion with grades for Brian Murray and Dean Lombardi.

We then chat about the ridiculous show MVP: The Secret Lives of Hockey Wives. Basically it was lots of suck. Then Sherry lets us know what's going on in her life that will lead her over the Atlantic for a year. We end with the customary shoutouts and then sign off. Enjoy!

"I'm Not A Puck Bunny" Podcast - Episode 15

Tonight we were joined by Steph from No Pun Intended, Cat from the Untypical Girls, and Sherry from Scarlett Ice (for a short while). We are well into the Conference Finals where I find myself the only one really interested in the Eastern Conference, which is a shame. Sherry helps out a little bit with the Eastern series, but I don't really get too much else from the other girls because of their west coast affinity. (Finny keeps herself busy during recording with updating the Squee Cup) Then Cat and Steph talk about their respective teams in the west. We discuss the appearance of Fabian Brunnstrom and what I now call him. I then touch a bit on momentum and how it's changed in the 3rd round of the playoffs.

We then end with some shoutouts and a preview of our guest for next week, Brad Meyers, a hockey player from So Cal who has been playing in Canada with the hopes of making it to the NHL. Then we finish off with another quirky edition of Off Ice: Awards Edition where instead of choosing the traditional end-of-the-year awards, we make up our own to give out to our respective teams.
